Todd has worked closely with in-house and outside litigation counsel on numerous complex design and construction matters, delivering consulting services ranging from focus group and mock trial jury research to strategic case development, witness communication training, and trial preparation and support.  Among his numerous engagements, Todd was retained by a U.S.- based global architecture, engineering and construction management firm to assist with case development, witness preparation and trial prep support on a case arising out of the design and construction of an expansion to a major metropolitan area's mass transit system.  That same firm also retained Todd to assist its employees in preparation for testimony in litigation pending before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals.
