CONSULTING: Insurance Coverage

When a global leader in wireless device lifecycle solutions suffered the loss of at least $75 million in consumer electronic products from a warehouse in Europe, it made a claim under its Ocean Marine insurance program.  A dispute ensued between the insured and its insurers about coverage for the loss, resulting in high-stakes litigation and extensive deposition discovery.  Based upon his extensive experience working with trial teams engaged in coverage and extra-contractual liability litigation, Todd was retained by one of the parties to assist with preparation of several key witnesses in New York and Florida.  Multi-day preparation sessions ensured the witnesses were ready to deliver powerful testimony and helped to position the case for favorable resolution.
